Lance Allee, 69, died May 23, 2016, following a long battle with multiple myeloma.
He was born June 25, 1946, in San Antonio, TX, to Waymon Douglas Allee and Ida Mae Wingren Allee.
He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Lance was an architect in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 30 years, a profession he enjoyed immensely.
He was deeply involved in his church and enjoyed serving God in many ways. Lance was a family man who loved and provided well for his family. He felt that his family was the best thing that ever happened to him.
He is survived by his wife Pam Allee, daughters Alannah Quiniones, Allysse Paquette and Cameron Allee and son Matthew Allee, sisters Sheila Allee Kershaw and Kathryn Stuart, and five grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Christ Community Church, 20351 Highway 82, Basalt, CO. Military Burial Monday, June 27, at 9:15 a.m., Ft. Logan 4400 W Kenyon Ave, Section B. Denver, CO 80236.
