Denise Sellers went home to Jesus on August 25, 2024 at the age of 64. Denise was born to Jim and Martha Fowler on April 21, 1960 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Denise met her husband, Jerry Sellers and they married in 1982. In addition to being a dedicated and loving wife, Denise also loved her family, friends and animals. She would often walk her animals around Glenwood. Denise worked for Garfield County Social Services, Valley View Hospital, and her most current employer, Paramount Professionals. She held an unwavering faith in God and her Savior Jesus Christ. Denise was preceded in death by her father Jim, mother Martha, husband Jerry, step daughters Shannon and Rona, sister Bonnie and brother-in-law Russel Carnahan. She is survived by brothers Jay, Jim and Jesse, sisters Kelley Davis and Dawn Carnahan, beloved friend Roseanne Shelton, many nieces and nephews and beloved fur babies Athena, Bella, Memphis and Cleo. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to C.A.R.E. Colorado Animal Rescue in Glenwood, or Journey Home Animal Care Center in Rifle in Denise’s name. Memorial Service will be held at Farnham-Holt Funeral Home in Glenwood Springs, CO on Saturday October 26th at 11 AM.
