Debra passed away peacefully at her home in Glenwood Springs. She was born in Oxnard, Calif., and moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in the 1980s. She was preceded in death by her twin brother Troy, her father Macallian "Mack" Blain, and step-father Jim Foshee.
Debra is survived by mother Betty Foshee, sister Darlene Foshee, brother Tracy Foshee, all residing in Alabama. Also step-mother Patricia Blain of Ventura, Calif., niece Candace and great-nephew Troyton of Tulare, Calif.
