Russell James Lashus, 49, of Parachute, CO, passed away on August 1, 2016. Born on June 29, 1968, in Somerville, MA. Son of Alfred and Christine Lashus and brother to Christopher, Vincent, Phillip, Sherrie and Angela, all of MA. Husband of Sheena and father to Jessica, Nicole, Anthony and Brandon of Co. Russ loved to cook and be in the kitchen and always had a smile on his face while throwing flames around. He always made sure his kids had their Shirley temples with extra cherries. He loved being outdoors whether it was being by the water or riding his bike around town. Russ will always be remembered for his loud outgoing personality and his big heart. Tragedy has taken you away too soon, but you are now with Alfie, looking down on all of us. Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. August 5th, 2016, at Fellowship Church in Grand Junction, CO.
